Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order with us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. Include the following:
- your order number;
- one or more clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Package lost in transit
If you believe a package is lost, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
Before reaching out, make sure that:
- the shipping address provided is correct and complete;
- you have checked with your local post office or the carrier to try and locate the order;
- the package has not been marked as delivered by the carrier;
- a few business days have passed since the estimated delivery date;
- the tracking link shows no recent updates.
Once these steps are completed, contact us and we’ll gladly send a replacement order free of charge, unless you specifically request a refund.
Please note that we may need to confirm the lost order status with the shipping provider.
